Building Surveyors have slowly been leaving Local Government positions since April 2012 when legislative changes allowed us to do meaningful work in the private sector. Local Government Building Surveyors are finding that there are less and less qualified people being employed to work alongside them and although ads are being placed, the quality and quantity of the applicants has diminished – quite often with no applications being received at all...


Green Start Consulting has the capacity and experience to offer as much or as little assistance as you require. Our Building Surveyors are Level 1 accredited, easy going and flexible to work with you. Your applications can be sent to us, assessed, certified and returned back to you promptly - typically within 24-48 hours of being received if all required information is supplied. We can handle the correspondence if required, allowing you to easily meet your legislative requirements (avoiding having to refund any applicants fees) and relieve pressure off of your core staff.


Alternatively, a Building Surveyor may also be able to come to your office.
