Building Surveyor Perth - The Soup and Nuts Story

Building Surveyors are traditionally employed in auditing type roles, assessing plans against the Building Code of Australia and other legislative requirements.

Recently I was asked by a client who spent a lot of time in America if I could provide her with the “soup and nuts”. After she explained this was full service, I said “sure”.

If you would like a no hassle experience, our Building Surveyor can organize for plans to be drawn up, planning justification reports written, BA20 sorted, energy efficiency documents prepared, plans certified and submitted to the Council for approval. As we will be acting as your agents, if the Council have any questions, they can contact us directly – allowing you to get on with your life.

We can do this for proposed or illegal building works and we don't mess around - turnaround times are quick and we will fight on your behalf if required.
